We strive to make a positive difference to the welfare and well-being of children and youth all around the world. We have a particular focus on Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa to be specific, where the shortage of schools, teachers and educational resources has led to a dire situation. While governments in this region have made notable efforts to tackle these challenges, they cannot dedicate available resources solely to education, due to budgetary constraints. Therefore, the cost of educating a child who comes from a very poor or disadvantaged background, becomes unaffordable and out of reach for many families.
CFTAOLY INTERNATIONAL is deeply committed to addressing these problems and providing sustainable solutions by creating opportunities through strategic partnerships with our stakeholders and supporters. Together, we will resolve, reduce or eliminate the challenge of affordable education not just in Africa, but worldwide.
How does CFTAOLY INTERNATIONAL resolve, reduce or eliminate the challenge of affordable education in Africa and worldwide?
- Identifying suitable, properly-resourced schools that offer quality education
- Recognising gifted students or those with potential
- Identifying qualified teachers
- Sponsoring tuition fees for students
- Sponsoring costs associated with teachers’ salaries
- Coordinating and managing the developing relationships between selected schools and approved candidates (students or teachers)
- Bringing awareness to the challenges of education in Africa and other parts of the world
- Establishing links between partners, supporters and candidates to increase transparency around sponsorships and scholarships.
